Market research in Saudi Arabia, built around your decision.

Custom market research across Saudi Arabia and Gulf markets, scoped to a specific business decision. Research can use secondary sources, interviews, surveys or mixed methods according to the question, access and intended use. Study scope, sample, timeline and fees are agreed separately; no result or delivery time is guaranteed.

MARKET RESEARCH / SAUDI ARABIA & GULF

Fit the evidence to the decision—not the other way around.

Start with a commercial choice, the uncertainty around it and what evidence could change it. We agree access, method, audience, sample, outputs and timing separately for each study.

01

Explore: use interviews or other qualitative work to understand language, needs and unspoken friction.

02

Measure: use surveys or quantitative analysis to assess defined patterns and trade-offs with an appropriate sample.

03

Interpret: bring findings back to the business context, state evidence limits and clarify which choice they support.

A useful study makes its boundaries clear.

The agreed brief identifies the question, audience, geography, sources, sampling and limitations. Findings inform a decision; they do not guarantee demand, revenue, or a commercial outcome. Leadership approves the decision and the client team executes it.

START WITH THE QUESTION

Share the decision, what you already know and when the evidence would be useful. Scope, feasibility, timing and fees are confirmed before work begins.

BRAND HEALTH RESEARCH

Measure brand health: establish a baseline, then track change.

Scope a commercial brand study around a decision: which awareness, perception, preference or usage gap merits attention? Define the category, geography and eligible audience—consumers or relevant business buying roles—before choosing the method. This is brand research, not an advertising-performance audit.

Baseline & indicators
Agree field dates, definitions and the denominator for each measure. Ask unaided recall before showing any brand list; then measure aided awareness, preference, trial and usage with explicit periods. Keep self-reported usage separate from sales records.
Tracking & decisions
For repeat waves, keep audience, recruitment, mode, wording, periods, brand list and weighting comparable, or disclose breaks. Agree cadence in scope. Outputs can include an indicator baseline, segment comparisons, a tracking framework and evidence-linked priorities for positioning, the offer or deeper customer research.
Sample & interpretation limits
Document sample coverage, recruitment, achieved bases and uncertainty; small segments or convenience samples may support direction only, not population estimates. Awareness and preference are not market share or causal proof. Method, sample, feasibility and deliverables are agreed in the proposal, with no guaranteed commercial result.

PRACTICAL RESEARCH BRIEF

Start with a decision; scope the evidence around it.

A useful brief makes the choice, audience and limits explicit before a method or quotation is proposed. These points help determine what research is feasible and what it can credibly support.

Decision & audience
State the choice the research should inform and what evidence could change it. Define the audience by decision relevance: for B2B, distinguish users, buyers and approvers; for consumers, specify category use, eligibility and any meaningful segments.
Geography, timeframe & information available
Name the countries, cities or regions in scope and the relevant period or decision date. List existing research, sales or service aggregates, public sources and authorized access—and note what is missing, outdated or not comparable.
Method & sample limits
Choose desk research, interviews, a survey or a mixed design only after the question and access are clear. Agree recruitment feasibility, sample coverage and limits: a small or convenience sample may be directional, not representative; stated preference is not observed behavior.
Deliverables & quotation factors
Agree a findings brief, evidence trail, assumptions and limitations, and decision-linked priorities. Scope and quotation depend on audiences and segments, geography, method, sample and recruitment, available data, access, analysis depth and requested deliverables. Feasibility, timing and fees are confirmed in a proposal; no price or deadline is assumed here.

Research supports judgment; it does not guarantee revenue, market access or commercial success. Confirm scope, responsibilities and feasibility before work begins.
